Today was Wes's birthday. He took the day off so that he could go to Finn's doctor appointment and it worked out well that it was on his birthday. Finn's first present to his dad was sleeping through the night. Since Wes didn't have to work today, he was going to get up with Finn if he woke up in the middle of the night. Finn must have decided to let his daddy sleep because he didn't make a peep until about 6:15 this morning which is what time I feed him every morning (crossing my fingers this is becoming a routine). We had lunch at Steak 'n Shake after Finn's doctor appointment and then met Kandy and Betty Jo for dinner this evening at Manzella's Italian Patio.
Here is a picture of Finn's presents for his daddy. We found this cool frame one day when we were out and about. We dressed Finn in his Cardinals shirt, put his Cardinals blanket behind him, and snapped a super cute picture. He also gave his dad the book Daddy Hugs.
